Very stable conical aluminum handle bar with a diameter of 28.6 mm at the clamping and 22 mm at the handle.

Certification (in Germany):
with TÜV-parts report.
To get this parts report a inspector (TÜV, Dekra etc) must confirm the correct installation concerning the correct operation in public road traffic
This testing confirmation needs to be at the vehicle all the time, similar to an ABE.
It needs to be included into the registration papers at your earliest visit at the road registration/deregistration/reregistration
For those models which are not listed within the parts report, the inspector can enter the handle-bars and the Conus adapter/riser individually if necessary.

Conditions and instructions for extension:

• All cables and Bowden cables must be laid in such a way that they are free of buckling and stressless during all steering and deflection movements and that there is sufficient space to chafing marks.
• The brake hoses should not fall below a bending radius of 40 mm.
• The engine speed must not change to either side when the steering wheel is full and the engine is running.
• Make sure that all controls on the handlebars are positioned correctly, even when the handle-bar is full.
• The HBZ and the storage tank must be in a functional working position.
• Check handlebar and hang-on parts for sufficient ease of movement
• It must be easy to move the handlebar from steering stop to steering stop.
• After the installation, run a functional check of brake, coupling, throttle grip, lighting and horn.
